Place your order online, over the phone or via email. Any eligible specials are applied automatically.
Your order is immediately processed. Once received, we will contact you if we require any further details or instructions regarding your artwork. No payment is required at this stage, although you do have the option of prepaying for your order.
Our creative team will quickly start work on your design & send you a digital proof for review.
You will typically receive your proof within 2 business hours and any changes you request are completed. Once you approve the final artwork proof, your order will be ready for production. Payment for your order now becomes due and you will receive a receipt via email.
Production for Straight Edged Magnets are completed, ready for dispatch within 24 hours.
Most Rounded Corner and Shaped Magnets will take between 2 - 4 business days to manufacture, ready for dispatch. All other products generally take up to 3 business days. Quantities exceeding 10,000 may take a little extra time to produce.
Your completed order will be delivered by express courier to your door. Fully insured.
All orders for metro VIC, NSW, SA & ACT generally arrive within 1-2 business days (after dispatch). QLD, WA, TAS & NT orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days (after dispatch). All other country / rural areas may take a little longer.
Only pay once you're 100% happy with your artwork.
That's right, we'll only request payment once you are 100% happy with your finished design and have approved your artwork. At this point, your order will then go into production. more >>
